Collaborations within the Framework Agreement

Collaborations within the Framework Agreement

The Framework Agreement of cooperation represents the legal and institutional reference instrument through which Unitelematica Leonardo da Vinci promotes and develops structured and long-term relationships with entities, universities, institutions, research centers, training organizations, and other public or private bodies, at both national and international levels.

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish a stable framework for cooperation, within which specific operational agreements, implementing conventions, and memoranda of understanding may be progressively activated, regulated, and formalized. In this context, the Framework Agreement is not limited to individual or isolated initiatives, but rather constitutes a general framework capable of encompassing and coordinating a plurality of collaborations, in full respect of the principles of academic autonomy, freedom of teaching, and freedom of scientific research.

The collaborations established under the Framework Agreement primarily concern activities related to education, teaching, and scientific research, including, by way of example and without limitation: the design and implementation of joint training and educational programs; the development of shared research projects; the exchange of students, lecturers, researchers, doctoral candidates, and graduates; the joint organization of seminars, conferences, workshops, and scientific symposia; the production of scientific publications; and the sharing of academic knowledge, data, and resources.

Each specific collaboration is subsequently governed through implementing agreements, which define in detail the objectives, operational modalities, duration, responsibilities of the parties, resources involved, and financial aspects, thereby ensuring transparency, effectiveness, and consistency with the institutional purposes of the Framework Agreement. These implementing agreements also make it possible to adapt collaborations to the specific needs of individual projects and disciplinary areas, while maintaining a unified and shared reference framework.

The set of collaborations arising from the Framework Agreement contributes significantly to strengthening the academic and scientific network of Unitelematica Leonardo da Vinci, fostering innovation, internationalization, and the quality of both educational offerings and research activities. From this perspective, the Framework Agreement is conceived as a dynamic and open instrument, intended to accommodate new partners and initiatives over time, in compliance with the academic values and scientific standards of the University.
